Would like to check my home web cam when I'm at work, both on XP and have admin rights. ?

I go to a differant office every day so would like to be able to use a normal browser, to view the webcam link sent from home. Ive tried a ftp server with pic upload, not that great so looking for it to be a live stream.

I think a password or secure connection would be best.

Could i do this,without spending loads on a program ?

Or if not what one is best ?

Ps Ive got a 8meg broadband connection

try an IP camera and network it you can then access that from any where in the world, provided you know your IP and port number and a compatible viewer.
