I have newly installed the Firefox browser.I don't know the important add-ons that it needs so that it becomes more secure and compatible with most websites.Please give in detail the names of all the important add-ons for Firefox,most importantly all the security add-ons.

The McAfee SiteAdvisor. Go to McAfee.com and download it. It's free. It's an "extention" for Firefox that will tell you if a website is safe etc. I don't know all the others - but do get McAfee SiteAdvisor.

you can browse for different extensions here. most of them have ratings so you can get an idea of whether or not the extension is good or not.

in addition to extensions you may want to look into a firewall and anti-virus software if you don't have it yet.
