Internet problems!!!!!!!!!!!!?

When i enter to secure site, it does not allow me: It show this:

Go to tools%26gt; internet option and then click on the security tab.adjust your security level to medium-high.. that should do it.

Turn off all firewalls, anti virus and anti spyware and try again.

Reboot then try again.

If that doesnt work then...idk. thats all I know it could be.
