There have been some rumors going around for quite sometime that if

there are enough penguins on the ice berg, it will tip. However, what most

penguins don't realize is that most of the ice berg is actually

underwater. Given it's immense size, it's basically impossible for it to tip!

It doesn't hurt to try though, and you might make new friends in the

process!

In regards to your other questions, the ninja costume is an item that

is not available at this time. I am also unfortunately unable to reveal

to you any of that Top Secret information concerning the developments

of new puffles, as well as any other information concerning what's

happening in the future on clubpenguin. My suggestion is to keep checking

the clubpenguin newspaper for more information.
