i checked on Firewall - there's none installed on my computer.

i've changed OS from Win98 to WinXP %26amp; had it reformatted.

I've upgraded Internet Explorer %26amp; downloaded Netscape browser but still i cant browse other website esp those secured ones. what do i do?

If you are using a LAN based internet Connection, then there is definately there is a problem with connection, ask your network operator for a solution.

go to start the run in run put in release ip then put in renewip
its a problem with youre computer
check your proxy settings
If you are connected to the internet service/network, then yes.If not, no.
If you can download other sites but not the secure sites, then it will be good to check your Internet security level. Try to loosen it up and then try it again, make sure to return it afterwards if it doesnt work.
