Can't access HTTP web sites. HTTPS Works fine?

I'm actually posting this as an answer to my own question because I had a tough time figuring it out and I've see others that have had this problem and no answers. So in hopes that they find this I'll post how I fixed it here.

I had a problem where Both Firefox and Internet Explorer 7 would not access HTTP sites a few minutes after a reboot. I could however access HTTPS secure sites. I also could check email using Outlook express and see new mail but I couldn't download it. I downloaded another browser called Opera and it worked fine.

The problem was a part of McAfee Security Suite called Personal Information Protection Service which is thier Identity protection. I'm not sure exactly what was wrong with the service and I didn't really care. I uninstalled it and everything works fine now.

So if you have the same odd problem I've had this will fix it. Hopefully you'll find this answer a lot sooner then it took me to figure out the problem and save yourself a few hours.
