You need to get SP2 for your Internet Explorer. It looks like you have not installed and downloaded the new Security updates for IE.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com and click on Microsoft Updates and then install all the updates.

Try this too once you are sure you are up to date:

Go to Tools then Internet Options on your IE browser.

Click on Content and then click on Certificates then go to Advanced. Make sure everything is checked except Client Authentification and Secure Email.

Then click ok til you get to the Main Options Menu again.

Go to ADVANCED and scroll ALL the way down.

Make sure SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked.

Go to main menu again. Click on Privacy and Advanced and enable all your cookies.

Tell me if that works! I will check back again.

Edit: Oh and you have to restart your browser.

Ok Crystal try this:

Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

Click on the "Privacy" tab.

Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".

Click "OK".

Then go to Security and then Custom Level and scroll down to cookies. Make sure they are all enabled =)

Edit: First you can check if you already have it installed by going to HELP above and then click on ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER. It will say next to UPDATE VERSIONS: SP2. If it says that, then you dont need it. If it does NOT say that, then you have to go to http://www.microsoft.com and then click on Microsoft Update on the left most part of the website and then they will check your machine and let you know if you need to install it. Make sure you restart your browser, and try to go into your bank again and let me know what happens!

Sorry Crystal...but Im sure the sites that said you have to enable your cookies will work now. Your bank might be using a Certificate on their site that is not compatible with IE. You can try downloading http://www.mozilla.com which is a different browser. A lot of people like Firefox, so you might like it too.

The other sites mentioned are for different reasons.

To this one. Your bank may be in the process of updating there security certificate. The fact however that you have to clcik so many times is odd. If the bank does not fix this in a few days try it on another pc first and if it works on that repost your question.
It sounds like you have Windows Defender or Microsoft AntiSPyware on your machine.

If so, go into Advanced Settings and change the notification settings to those which suit you.

Also, run a full scan.
